Reach inside, touch your power that hides

Don’t deny, you will rise
Unlock your power inside,

Free the hero in you

Never let your hopes subside, find yourself renewed
Unlock the power inside,

Free the hero in you,

Free the hero in you

And when you’re lost and you’re drifting all on your own
Reach for your light, you know the way home
Don’t ever doubt, your dreams or your goals
You hold the key, let go and you will soar

Unlock your power inside,

Free the hero in you
Never let your hopes subside,

find yourself renewed
Just free the hero in you,

Free the hero in you

(Chorus)
I been lost
But now iʼm found
I had to realize it was up to me to turn my life around
First I looked out
But now I look in
Thereʼs a new me on the horizon
Now and then you gotta lose to win
You gotta lose to win
(Middle 8)
I have conquered my demons
And Iʼve made it out alive on the other side
Whatever challenge may come my way
I have learned to take things day by day
(Chorus)
I been lost
But now iʼm found
I had to realize it was up to me to turn my life around
First I looked out
But now I look in
Thereʼs a new me on the horizon
Now and then you gotta lose to win
(Ad-libs)
Donʼt give up
Some people have to lose to win
Keep the faith
You gotta lose to win
Now and then
You gotta lose t
o win

Beyond the shadows of the mind
You hold the answer to turn it around
Right where you stand peace will be found

When you’re lost you can stay here
And wait for the fear to pass
It's just an illusion that shatters like glass
Nobody else can love you like you do

When you’re lost I will shine a light for you
When you're lost the only way out is your reflection
There's no use in running from yourself
When you feel like giving up
Reach for the power of your higher self
And know that you are enough

Yes you are more than enough

When you’re lost you can stay here
And wait for the fear to pass
It's just an illusion that shatters like glass
Nobody else can love you like you do
When you’re lost I will shine a light for you
When you're lost the only way out is your reflection

LOST REFLECTIONS - Tatyana Kalko

Aubrey is one of the very few professional female music producers in the UK and was named London’s Producer of the Year in 2017. She exemplifies high esteem herself, having been founder one of the most successful independent record labels in England during the early 2000’s (Chromium Records). Shortly after, she signed a record deal with Broken Music Publishing/Ripe Recordings and remixed two songs by US artist Electron Love Theory, which were play listed on hundreds of radio stations worldwide. In 2013, she wrote and produced her debut EP, Code Red, featuring the singles ‘Pinball’ which was streamed over 1.1 million times in 2015 and ‘Every Cloud’ which was play listed on several major TV channels including Airwave TV. She also founded her second record label, 2ube Records in 2015. And if that's not enough, it was her song: 'A Place Beyond the Stars' that resonated deeply with the UR2.Global mission to uplift humanity.

Likewise, Aubrey states that she was attracted to the UR2.Global Self-Esteem project because "Having a high self-esteem equates to having a high level of self-confidence. Having confidence in yourself will help you to do amazing things with your life. With high self-esteem and confidence, you can achieve any ambition you strive for. You can stand up for what you believe in and you can defend yourself with confidence and strength in the face of adversity. But most importantly, we deserve to have confidence in ourselves because we are all beautiful".

Aubrey’s instrumental song: "Lost" may be used by singer/songwriters and spoken word artists around the world to use as the background music to their artistic creation that must promote self-esteem and upliftment to women and men that are hurting and feeling disenfranchised and/or in institutions as described above. Women and men within the institutions themselves are also invited to participate in the artist challenge to encourage one another. Music videos are also welcomed. All entries will be showcased on the UR2.Global site and every entry will receive an award. The entries will be sent to facilities around the world that opt in. As a bonus, the first five artists to register and send in their song or spoken word will be given a love offering of $100 for their participation.

“I hope artists take advantage of this opportunity to uplift those who are in locked facilities”, states Lamarr Kemp, Sr., MBA - Vice President of UR2.Global. “Oftentimes, these members of our world society are minimized as contributors to the world. They also need our support and encouragement to unlock their spirits.”

Complete submission guidelines may be found on the website at UR2.Global. Artists 21 years old and older are welcomed to participate, ranging from amateurs to professional artists, to retired senior citizens who thought it was too late to pursue their artforms, including artists within the institutions. The deadline for the Spring submissions is June 30, 2018.

The Sacretherapy Institute's UR2.Global Self-esteem Project features music therapies, psychodramas, visual arts, and literary arts of all genres for the upliftment of mankind and also reviews and showcases the works of popular artists who also inspire the world. The Sacretherapy Institute was created as a result of Dr. Kemp's book titled: From Psychotherapy to Sacretherapy which she also wrote to uplift humanity after having been a psychotherapist for 20 years. Throughout that time, she was dismayed by the number of people in the world that didn't see their innate value and worth. Therefore, with her also being a singer/songwriter she recalled how uplifting her use of music and psychodrama had been therapeutically, and decided to merge music with healing by performing and using her stage name: Dr. K's Music Therapy. As such, UR2.Global is the culmination of this merger with all the ARTS and the Institute's desire to uplift the self-esteem of humanity.

LYRICS - Lost Saving Me

by CZK

Verse 1:
Lost to the world
In these four walls
But this is where I found myself
They say it’s the safest place for me
Cus I’m no good for what I’ve done
I’ve been fighting to keep my sanity
Somehow, its not a battle anymore

Chorus:
I’m here
Locked out
Cast away
But I’ve never seen myself like I do right now
Better
Better
Better
Stronger
Finally at peace

And I know I’ve got more life to live
So I’m saving me
I’m saving me

Verse 2:
Dreams I dream of you and me
Let me see the inner me
Let me see the me you see
I lost my world

And found somebody I’ve never known

UR2.Global's 2018 Mid-Year Aubrey Whitfield Artist Challenge Entries Are In and Ready for Viewing as Artists From Around the Globe Showcase Original Songs to Uplift the Self-Esteem of Humanity.

The Spring artist entries are beautiful and are a result of UR2.Global Arts Organization naming London singer-songwriter and Producer of the Year - Aubrey Whitfield as its 2018 Honorary Artist-in-Residence (HAR). The HAR co-sponsored this year’s artist challenge to uplift the self-esteem of those in the world that may feel “lost” due to life circumstances that placed them in healing and/or correctional facilities. The artist challenge was to create lyrics or a spoken word utilizing Aubrey's instrumental song "Lost" that she graciously commissioned to the self-esteem project. The artists were very unique in the ways they incorporated the word “lost” into building the self-esteem of mankind. "The artists challenge songs will truly help those who need inspiration to look within and feel better about themselves despite the mistakes mankind makes, since ‘we are so much more than our mistakes’ states Amelia Kemp, Ph.D, LMHC – psychotherapist/singer-songwriter and President of The Sacrtherapy Institute's UR2.Global project.

One of the artist entries by Fabian and Jarmane McAndrew from Germany is a declaration of how sometimes one’s life journey causes us to’ “lose in order to win” as Fabian pours his heart out in the song titled “Lose to Win". Another beautiful entry titled “Lost (Reflection)” by Tatyana Kalko from Harlem also uplifts mankind by reminding us that within each of us is a stronger spirit that can overcome. Then Cynthia Kum, also from New York offers a fabulous sultry entry titled “Saving Me” which underlines how when one is lost and feels cast away that it can be used as an inner retreat where one finds the courage to reboot and save oneself, a theme which is also magnified in "Lost (Hero)" by the talented Sonia Eden from Barbados.

All of the artists that participated in the Spring Showcase receive awards for their outstanding global community service to help humanity. The next showcase deadline is November 1, 2018, for any other artist wanting to participate. Please visit the website for Submission Guidelines. The Artist Challenge Showcase is part of the UR2.Global Arts Project which is a psycho-spiritual arts project of The Sacretherapy Institute (pronounced sacred-therapy with a silent "d") with global liaisons on six continents. "UR2" means "you are too" an equal, valuable, and worthy being that deserves to glorify in high self-esteem. The Founders believe that by increasing self-esteem mankind finds inner-peace which then creates an outpouring of world peace.

During which time, she was dismayed by the number of people in the world who feel like they are nothing, not understanding their innate value and worth. Therefore, with her also being a singer/songwriter she recalled how uplifting her use of music and psychodrama had been therapeutically and decided to merge music with healing by performing and using the stage name: Dr. K's Music Therapy. As such, UR2.Global is the culmination of this merger with all the ARTS and the Institute's desire to uplift the self-esteem of humanity globally.

BIO

Tatyana Kalko's songs are a perfect blend of heavy and light, raw emotion mixed with a dash of old Hollywood romanticism. She studied method acting at NYU, and then in Moscow, establishing her endearingly coy stage presence and attention to detail. After moving back to New York, she felt disillusioned by a life of never-ending auditions, and went back to her first love: music.

Growing up first in Belarus, and then the outskirts of Philadelphia, Kalko’s childhood was always grounded in the arts: she played alto saxophone, sang in the choir, and wrote poetry. But she also had The Beatles. Specifically: her parents’ collection of bootleg Beatles albums. With help from her father—himself an occasional composer—she learned to play guitar by working her way through Beatles classics. Fascinated by their chord progressions and melodies, she gained an appreciation for their simple-but-joyful riffs on classic pop, soul, and jazz sounds.

Today, Kalko is based in Harlem and brings her intimate performances to venues throughout New York City and London. Music has become her outlet to express the intangible things that can’t be conveyed through everyday conversations. In her songs, Kalko is in her element, and the connection is more genuine than any kind of theatre.

LYRICS
Lost Reflection by Tatyana Kalko

In the mirror of my life
Everything I say or do comes right back to show me
Like a prism of colored lights
The pain of the past is blinding me
Who would we be without the stories we tell
There's no one holding you back if you accept yourself

When you’re lost you can stay here
And wait for the fear to pass
It's just an illusion that shatters like glass
Nobody else can love you like you do
When you’re lost I will shine a light for you
When you're lost the only way out is your reflection

LYRICS - Lose to Win by Fabian & Jarmane Raad-Andrew

(Verse)
Running through the wilderness
Sometimes life gets difficult
Couldnʼt see the wood for the trees
But then a path appeared
I triumph over my fears
(Pre-Chorus)
I was holding me back
I muster my strength and I am ready to attack
(Chorus)
I been lost
But now iʼm found
I had to realize it was up to me to turn my life around
First I looked out
But now I look in
Thereʼs a new me on the horizon
Now and then you gotta lose to win
You gotta lose to win
(Verse)
Heading towards my peak
The trek has been a long winding road
But nothing good comes easily
The thought of falling down is always posing a threat
(Pre-Chorus)
But no longer holding me back
I summon my strength again
And Iʼm ready to attack
